I Deactivated my Texting App Account and Uninstalled the App, but I'm Still Being Charged. Why?

We understand that it can be frustrating to see charges after uninstalling the Texting App. While uninstalling the app stops you from receiving calls and messages on your second number, it doesn't automatically cancel your subscription. To stop future charges, you’ll need to cancel your subscription directly through the app store (App Store account settings) where you originally purchased it.

Here’s how you can cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the App Store app on your device.

  2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner.

  3. Select Subscriptions.

  4. Find the Texting App subscription and tap on it.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Once you cancel, you'll still have access to your second number and any remaining minutes or texts until the end of your current billing period. After that, your second number will be deactivated, and you will no longer be charged.

Additional Tips:

  • If you're unsure which app store account you used to purchase your subscription, check your email receipts or contact Apple Support for assistance.

  • If you have any further questions or need help canceling your subscription, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at: textingapp.support@turbofast.io  . We’re always here to help!
